Job Description-Spoken English Teacher

1. Position: Spoken English Teacher

2. Starting date: September, 2025

3. Probation period: One month

4. Location: Haidian, Beijing, China

5. Job Description:

    Teaching contents: Teaching spoken English for G10-G11 Senior high students (prepare for Gaokao) or G7-G9 junior high students (prepare for Zhongkao) and other English courses required by the school

    Teaching hours: Weekly 20-24 periods (40 minutes/ period)

    Office hour: At least 2 office hours per week

    Be on campus At least 30 hours per week (including teaching hours)

    Submit weekly teaching plans at least one week in advance

    Submit semester teaching plans in advance

6. Job Requirements:

    Responsible, outgoing, cooperative, passionate about education, equipped with strong cultural awareness and flexibility

    Bachelor’s degree or above in English-related major preferred

    At least two years English teaching experience required； Or 120 hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificates holders; Or majoring in English/ Education

    Native English speaker only

7. Salary and Benefits:

    Monthly salary（before tax）,including:

    Post salary：Negotiable

(Post salary might be adjusted based on the school evaluation after probation.)

     Housing Allowance: 7,000RMB/month（12 months /Year）

    Chinese Social Security will be provided (Including medical insurance)

    School year bonus (including contract renewal bonus)

    Reward for publishing articles or books related to subject teaching

    Chinese legal holidays and fully-paid winter vacation

    Breakfast and lunch for free (school days)

(Teaching hours might be adjusted based on the school evaluation after probation)

    Office hour: At least 2 office hours per week

    Club :1 period per week

    Writing recommendation letter for students when necessary

    Be on campus at least 30 hours per week (including teaching hours)

6. Job Requirements:
